THEME: GOD'S WORD: THE DETERMINANT OF DIVINE VISITATION!!!
TEXT: (KJV)Genesis 21:1-2
And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken. [2] For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
A determinant is a determining factor; an element that determines the nature of something. It also means an element having the power or quality of deciding.
Visitation means the act of visiting, or an instance of being visited. It also connotes an encounter with God.
Therefore, the word "God's Word; The Determinant Of Divine Visitation" means that God's Word is the determining factor that has the power or quality of deciding an instance of being visited by God.
Based on several experiences of some biblical characters, it is expedient for us to know that God's word is the greatest determinant of divine visitation. To be visited by God is to have an encounter with God and to have an encounter with God is to behold the manifestation of God's power.
As God's Word is the deciding or the determining factor of divine visitation, it is expedient for us to also know that without God's Word, the power of God cannot manifest. The Word of God is the platform that the power of God manifest itself on. Therefore, for the power of God to manifest in our lives, we must take the Word of God as the determining factor because whatever God is going to do in our lives depends on what He says.
According to the Biblical text given, the Bible makes it clear in (KJV)Genesis 21:1-2 that;
And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken. [2] For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. This means that Sarah was visited by the Lord according to His Word. The Lord didn't visited her according to what He didn't say.
(KJV)Genesis 18:14 says;
Is any thing too hard for the Lord ? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. God told Sarah He would return with the manifestation of His Word according to the time He's speaking to her the following year and so it was. The Word of God has the quality of deciding when and how you're going to be divinely visited. Therefore, there's need to hold on to God's Word if truly you're trusting Him for a divine visitation.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for Your Word. Now that I know that Your Word is the determining factor of Your visitation. Please Lord, Visit me by Your Word. Speak to me according to what You want to do in my life so that when You shall return to visit me, my life can become an evidence of the manifestation of Your power through Your Word in Jesus Christ name.

THEME: THE EXTRAORDINARY HEALER!!!
TEXT: (KJV)Exodus 15:26
And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
The word "Extraordinary" means beyond what is ordinary or usual; highly unusual or exceptional or remarkable.
The word "healer" means a person who heals, especially through faith.
Therefore, the word "The Extras Healer" means The Person who heals beyond what is ordinary or usual through especially through faith.
Healing is one of the skills that God possesses and most of the time He uses this skill, it doesn't fail Him and that's why He's the extraordinary healer.
Apart from healing been one of the skills of God, it's one of the ways God proves Himself as the Lord because there are several healers all around but his own healing is extraordinary because He doesn't just heal, He makes whole.
According to the Biblical text given, the Bible makes it clear in (KJV)Exodus 15:26 that;
And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee. This means that to become one of beneficiaries of God's extraordinary healing, there's need to diligently hearken to His voice and do what is right in His sight.
Healing is one of the heritages of the righteous. The word "heritage" means An inheritance; property that may be inherited. A birthright; the status acquired by birth. Healing becomes the right of everyone who's born of God. It's impossible to be born of God and not overcome sickness and disease.
(KJV)1 John 5:4-5 says;
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. [5] Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?. Healing comes through faith in God who heals and to be able to overcome sickness and disease, we must be born of God because healing is one of the things to enjoy freely in God.
There are ways by which God heals and one of them is that it's either He keeps the sickness far away from us or heal us completely. When God keeps a sickness or disease away from us, that means we've been healed of that sickness and diseases extraordinarily because doctors cannot keep sickness away from us, they can only care for us but God is the one who cures.
God is the extraordinary healer, once we're divinely connected to Him, there's no sickness or disease that has been troubling us that He won't keep away from us. Now that there's COVID-19 across the world, it is the Lord who's an extraordinary healer that would take the virus away from our midst and restore health to us. Therefore, let's put our trust in this God and He'll never fail in restoring health to us and keeping sickness and disease away from us.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for Your Word. Now that I know that what makes You the extraordinary healer is not just because You heal but because You're the only One who can put a sickness or disease away from troubling a life. Please Lord, based on COVID-19 and all other sickness and disease, don't just heal our land, keep these sicknesses and diseases away from our land so that Your name alone can be glorified in Jesus Christ name!!!

THEME: EYED FOR EVIL???
TEXT: (KJV)1 Samuel 18:8-9
And Saul was very wroth, and the saying displeased him; and he said, They have ascribed unto David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed but thousands: and what can he have more but the kingdom? [9] And Saul eyed David from that day and forward.
To be eyed means to be marked for evil or to be monitored in an evil way.
The biggest battle in life comes from people who are not comfortable with what God is doing in your life as a child of God. They are never comfortable with the way God is making provisions for your needs and keeping you from evil. All these happen because they don't just like the way God is interested in you and all they could do is to eye you for evil at all times.
David just stood in the gap for the nation of Israel in the battle against her fierce adversary which are the Philistines. The Philistines had never been a threat to the nation of Israel like that day David stood in the gap for them. There was no one to confront the champion of the Philistines not even the King was able to stand in the gap for his nation but David stood up with the help of the Lord for his nation and the Lord crushed the hope of the Philistines by wiping their champion out of the way to give the nation of Israel the victory that they desired.
Despite all that God did through the life of David for the nation of Israel, King Saul began to eye David for evil just because the people of the nation began to sing the praises they had never sang to him to David who was nothing but a shepherd boy. He quickly forgot what God used David to do and allowed evil thoughts like bitterness, hatred and envy to cloud his heart against the young lad.
The Lord might have been using you through so many mediums to meet the needs of people around you but the thing is that there are some certain people that are never comfortable with the way you're helping others. However, you're not to take notice of their uncomfortableness so much that you begin to see reasons why you have to stop doing what God has sent you to do. Keep doing what God has empowered you to do because that's part of your purpose that you must fulfill.
Never take those who are eyeing you for evil to heart so much that you begin to pray against them. The Bible says in (KJV)Matthew 5:43-44 that; Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. [44] But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Don't ever pray against those that are against you. God can never be pleased to step in for you when you're repaying evil with evil.
Prayerfully commit the lives of those that are against you into hands of the Lord and He will handle them the best way He can. Even though they may be eyeing you for evil but as long as the Lord is for you, who can be against you? Romans 8:31
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for Your Word. Now that I know that I must never eye those who are eyeing me for evil with evil so that I can allow You prove Yourself as my God before them in my life. Please Lord, help me to do that which pleases You anytime I take notice of those who are not pleased with the way I'm pleasing You. Help me to keep being comfortable pleasing You so that those who are eyeing me for evil would only eye me for nothing because I know that if You're for me, no one can be against me in Jesus Christ name!!!
