THEME: WHEN THE LORD IS ON YOUR SIDE!
TEXT: [NKJV] ROMANS 8:31
“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”
There is a tremendous difference between having God with you and trying to face life entirely by your own strength. When the Lord is on your side, you are not merely facing life with human ability; you are walking with the backing, presence, wisdom, favour, and power of the Almighty God. The Bible declares, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” This does not mean that no one will ever oppose you. It means that no opposition can ultimately prevail against the purpose of God for your life when you remain aligned with Him.
When God is on your side, opposition may arise, but it cannot have the final word. Challenges may come, but they cannot cancel God's purpose. Enemies may plot, but their plans cannot overturn His counsel. Doors may appear closed, but God can create a way where there seems to be no way. This is why you must never measure your future merely by the strength of those standing against you. Your greatest advantage is not the absence of opposition; it is the presence of God.
Beloved, the safest place to be is not necessarily where everything is easy. The safest place is where God wants you to be. You do not need everybody to be on your side when God is with you. You do not need every human being to approve of you when you have divine approval. You do not need to understand every detail when you know the One who holds your future. When the Lord is on your side, He will always position you on the winning side of life. This does not mean that every battle will be won according to your preferred timing or method. It means that God's ultimate purpose for your life will not be defeated when you remain in Him. So, stop being intimidated by what is against you and start paying attention to Who is with you. The size of your opposition is irrelevant when compared with the greatness of your God. One person with God is a majority.
PRAYER POINTS:
Father, I thank You because You are with me and You are for me.
Father, Help me to trust Your presence even when I face difficult circumstances.
Father, Give me courage when I encounter opposition, wisdom when I must make decisions, and grace to remain faithful to Your will.
Father, Let every situation that appears to be working against me ultimately work together for Your purpose concerning my life.
Father, Position me where You want me to be, surround me with Your favour, and cause me to walk in victory.
